Moore Properties LLC is located in the Mobile River Industrial Park in Saraland, Alabama.  We are a family-owned and operated business since 1991. We offer over 30 years of experience in warehousing and commercial real estate. With knowledge and experience in land procurement, building development or just simple space rental. Our mission has been to offer businesses affordable solutions to their space and storage requirements.

When we decided to build in Saraland it was a practical decision. It's a small town that offers lots of growth potential. It's a convenient location to virtually everywhere in Mobile County. Our buildings are located only 15 minutes away from the Alabama State Docks, Brookley Field and Interstate 10. We are also less than 30 minutes from the new ThssyenKrupp Steel mill in Calvert, AL. Over the years we have had the opportunity to watch and, in some instances, assist some major US companies realize the potential the Saraland area could bring to their organizations. Companies like GAF, UOP, Masland Carpets, and most recently O'Reilly Auto Parts.
